With the refreshing autumn breeze carrying the subtle scent of osmanthus, Hubei Tianjiao Sanitary Products Co., Ltd. celebrated the groundbreaking ceremony for its Phase II project in Xiaogan, Hubei. This marks a significant step in Tianjiao Group’s strategy to strengthen its presence in Central China and optimize its national production network.

As a key initiative in the Group’s “second 20-year” journey, the Phase II expansion builds upon the success of the initial phase and plays a vital role in achieving the ambitious “10-billion-piece annual production capacity” target. This project reinforces Hubei Tianjiao’s position as a regional smart manufacturing benchmark in the hygiene products industry.

Spanning 217 acres in Xiaonan District—a core industrial hub in Central China—the Phase II facility is scheduled to commence operations by early 2027. Leveraging advanced technologies such as 5G connectivity, industrial robotics, and AGV smart logistics systems, the project will establish a fully traceable digital production base. It integrates raw material processing, finished product manufacturing, and warehousing and logistics, creating a seamless synergy with Central China’s hygiene product ecosystem.

During the ceremony, Mr. Yu Xiaoqiang, Executive Director of Quanzhou Tianjiao, and Mr. Li Wenbiao, General Manager of Hubei Tianjiao, alongside distinguished guests, turned the soil with golden shovels to inaugurate the project—a symbolic moment of collective support and shared vision for Tianjiao’s growth.

With the official start of construction, the site—adorned with red carpets and colorful flags—will be transformed into an intelligent and eco-friendly “super factory” by 2026. This facility will provide strong momentum for Tianjiao Group’s pursuit of the 10-billion-piece production milestone.

The launch of the Hubei Tianjiao Phase II project represents a new beginning in Tianjiao Group’s expanding journey.
