Are you a manufacturer and what certifications do you have?

We are a professional manufacturer with over 20 years of experience. Our factory is certified by OEKO-TEX100 ISO 9001, CE and SGS. We operate multiple high-speed automatic production lines to ensure stable quality and timely delivery.

Can I get free samples and how long does it take?

Yes, we provide free samples for quality checking. You only need to cover the express freight. Samples are usually prepared within 3-5 days.

What is your MOQ for both stock and OEM orders?

For our brand stock (Ready to Ship), the MOQ is [X] bags. For OEM/Private Label orders, the MOQ is 100,000 pcs per size or a 20GP/40HQ container. We also support small trial orders to help you start your business.

Can I customize my brand logo, packaging, and specifications?

Absolutely. We offer full OEM/ODM services. You can customize the backsheet pattern, tape style, absorption capacity (SAP content), and packaging bag design. Our design team can also assist with your artwork.

What materials do you use and how do you ensure quality?

We use premium materials Our QC team performs strict inspections: 1) Raw material testing; 2) Real-time online monitor; 3) Final spot checks before loading.

What is the lead time for my first order and repeat orders?

For the first OEM order (including mold making), the lead time is 35-45 days. For repeat orders, it is reduced to 15-25 days. Stock items can be shipped within 7 days.

How many pieces can a 40HQ hold and can I mix sizes?

A 40HQ container holds approx. 350,000-400,000 pcs of baby diapers. Yes, you can mix 3-4 sizes (S/M/L/XL) in one container to optimize your shipping costs and market range.

What are your payment terms and trade methods?

We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% against BL copy), L/C at sight, and Alibaba Trade Assurance. We support FOB, CIF, and DDP terms to make your importing process easier.
